Frequently Asked Questions

Below is a list of our frequently asked questions. For any questions you have which remain unanswered, please either use our "Contact Us" section or alternatively call the general office on 01159 002 342.

Q: How do I open an account with Reydon?
To open a trade account you will need to call the general office on 01159 002 342. Your company details including business address will be passed on to the agent in your area who will then contact you to go through the account opening process, give you information on the product ranges, prices and a catalogue. 

Q: How do I log in to the website?
A: If you are a current Reydon account holder, and would like access to additional areas/info on this site, please fill out the 'Contact Us' sheet stating your Trading name, Reydon account number, contact name and E-mail address you wish to use and a password will be E-mailed to you.

Q: What if I forget my password?
A: You will find a link for "Forgotten Password" under the main log in form. You will need to enter the E-mail address you registered on the account so that a verification token can be sent to you. Once you have received this you will then be able to choose a new password for your account.

Q: How do I place an order with Reydon?
A: If you have a trading account with Reydon Sports and wish to place an order you can do this in several ways: Sales office tel: 01159 002 340, Sales office fax: 01159 002 341, Sales office E-mail: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or alternatively you can log on to the website and process your order. Please include your account number on all correspondence.

Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: Payments can be made by credit or debit card by calling the accounts office on 01159 002 342, by cheque made payable to Reydon Sports Plc or via BACS - for BACS information, refer to the "credit transfer" section at the back of the catalogue or call the accounts office.

Q: Can I amend or "add to" my order once it has been placed?
A: Orders which have already been processed cannot be amended. If you wish to add extra items, these can be put on a separate order but may not be delivered together and depending on the value of the orders they may incur a small order charge.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Standard delivery for UK mainland is 2 working days on average from receipt of order and for Eire, Northern Ireland, highlands & Islands is 3 working days. There is the option of guaranteed next day delivery providing the order is received before 12noon, please check the cost of this when placing the order.
  If after this period you have still not received your goods, please call us so the order can be traced.

Q: What do I do if I have a problem with my order?
A: If you have received an item which is incorrect or faulty, please contact our returns department on 01159 002 369 to arrange for us to collect the items. All returns MUST be authorised by Reydon, any items sent back to us without authorisation may incur a 10% handling charge.

Q: Do you offer "Sale or Return"?
A: Sale or Return is not offered with Reydon.

Q: How can I get a copy of the product images?
A: Once you have logged in to the site you can access the "Image Library" where you will find all the images. Alternatively, when placing your next order you can request a DVD of the catalogue to be sent with your order.
